Why is a manager unable to see the goals of employees who report to them?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Tue, 7 Apr at 3:21 PM by Product Content Team

A manager may not be able to see an employee’s goals if there has been a change in the organisational structure. When employees move under a new manager, access is not updated automatically. Admins need to update the access for the new manager to enable visibility of the employee’s goals.
