Where can employees and managers find goal policy document?

A goal policy document outlines the guidelines and processes for setting, managing, and evaluating goals within an organization.

To view the goal policy document, the employee must perform the following actions: 

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Performance > Goal Plan. The Goal Plans page opens.

2. Select the required goal plan and click the document pdf to view the goal policy document. 

To view the goal policy document, the manager must perform the following actions: 

1. From the greytHR Employee portal, navigate to Performance > Goal Plan. The Goal Plans page opens.

2. Click the Team Plans tab. 

3. Search for an employee in the Search text box. 

4. From the goal plan card, click the document pdf to view the specific team member’s goal policy document.
