What happens if goal setting cut-off date passes?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Fri, 18 Oct at 1:05 PM by Product Content Team

Goals act as a roadmap to guide employees' efforts in alignment with the company's objectives.

If the goal-setting cut-off date passes, the employee will be unable to create or modify goals. Also, the manager cannot approve or reject goals. The process will be frozen in the ESS portal. The admin or creator of the goal plan can only take necessary actions.
