A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.
To assign new goals to employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.
Under the Active tab, select the required goal plan card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.
Click View Details. The selected goal plan opens.
Under the Employee Goals section, select the employee to whom you want to assign goals, and click the ↗ icon. The goal plan form opens.
Click Create Goal.
Under the Unassigned Goals section:
Double-click the Category dropdown list to select the required category.
Double-click the Enter goal here text box to add a goal for the selected employee.
Double-click the Weightage text box to add weightage.
Double-click the Enter milestone here text box to add a milestone for the goal.
Double-click the Weightage text box to add weightage to the milestone. You must ensure, to sum up the milestone weightage to 100.
You can also delete the goal by clicking the Delete icon.
Click Assign. The Assign Goals pop-up opens.
In the Remarks text box, enter the remarks.
Click Confirm to assign the goals to the selected employee.
Note:
You can edit the assigned employee goals from the Assigned Goals section by performing similar actions.
The Progress column displays the progress of the goals and milestones.
The Due On column displays the due date of the goal and milestone. You can also edit the due date for that specific milestone or goal.
The Status column indicates if the goal and milestone are Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
You can also approve the goals if the manager is away or unavailable.
