How can admin manage employee PF using greytHR?

A Provident Fund is a type of retirement savings scheme established by employers to provide financial security and retirement benefits to their employees. 


To manage the employee provident fund (PF), the admin must perform the following steps:

  1. Add the employee to the greytHR database.
  2. Add PF details of the employee.
  3. Complete the PF KYC mapping of the employee.
  4. Generate the PF - monthly statement report.
  5. Generate the PF - ECR format report.
  6. After the generation of the PF - ECR Format report, the PF admin user must log in to the PF unified portal and upload the generated ECR text file.
