How can admin delete employee’s Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) declarations?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Fri, 15 Mar at 12:39 PM by Product Content Team

A Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) is an extension of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF). The VPF is an additional and voluntary contribution that an employee can make towards their provident fund, over and above the mandatory contributions made by both the employee and the employer to the EPF.

To delete an employee’s VPF plan, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll Admin FBP Planner. The FBP Planner page opens.
  2. Click the View Plan tab. A list of employees appears for whom the plan is released.
  3. Select the required employees using the checkboxes.
  4. Click Delete Plan at the bottom of the page. The Delete Plan pop-up appears.
  5. Click Confirm to update the changes.
