Employee's Annual Provident Fund (PF) Contribution Details Form 3A is a document that provides a summary of an employee's contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) over a specific financial year.
To generate an Employee's Annual Provident Fund (PF) Contribution Details Form 3A, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, search for PF - Summary Report. The form appears.
- From the PF Filing Location dropdown search box, search for the location.
- From the Group Order dropdown list, select the required transition type.
- Select Include employees who have left the organization using the checkbox, if applicable.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Save to save the customization of the report.
- Click Generate to generate a PF summary report.
