How can admin generate PF ECR file in greytHR?

EPFO launched Electronic Challan Cum Return (ECR) 2.0 with effect from 20 Dec 2016. Employers must register their establishments and create their user ID and password on the EPFO site. 

To generate the PF ECR file, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. Using the search box, search for PF - ECR Format. The form appears.
3. From the PF Filing Location dropdown list, select the required location.
4. From the Type dropdown list, select the required option.
5. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the name of the column that will appear first in the report.
6. Click Options to customize the report.
7. Click Save to save the customization.
8. Click Generate to generate the PF - ECR Format report.
