How can admin complete Provident Fund (PF) KYC mapping in greytHR?

The process of mapping PF KYC involves linking an employee's Know Your Customer (KYC) details with their Provident Fund (PF) account.


To complete the Provident Fund KYC mapping in greytHR, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Admin > PF KYC Mapping. The PF KYC Mapping page opens.
  2. From the PF KYC Status dropdown list, select Not Available. A list of employees appears.
  3. From the UAN Status dropdown list, select the required status.
  4. From the Employee dropdown search box, search for an employee for whom you want to map PF KYC. 
  5. From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the relevant set of employees.
  6. From the Range dropdown calendar, select the respective dates. 
  7. Click the Edit icon available next to the employee name whose PF KYC you want to map. The Modify KYC Link pop-up appears.
  8. Select the Doc Type option as per your requirements. 
  9. Click Submit to complete the PF KYC mapping.
