How can employees update the goal status?

Employees can update the goal status using the Progress bar, and the system tracks changes in the Activity Log. The status of goals also gets updated through the progress made on the associated milestones.

If no milestones are started, the goal status remains Not Started. When progress is made on any milestone, the status changes to In Progress. Once all milestones are completed, the goal status is updated to Completed.
