Goals must be categorized based on the applicable categories within the selected goal plan. The available categories while creating a goal plan are categorized to business, finance, learning and business process.
If none of the available categories are suitable for the goal, the employee can choose to map the goal to the None category. This option allows the goal to be recorded without assigning it to a specific category. It ensures the goal is still tracked and evaluated as part of the goal-setting process.
Goal Plans provide a structured approach for defining, monitoring, and assessing clear, measurable objectives that align with the organization's overall goals.
