No. The employees cannot edit goals after it is submitted for approval.
A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.
Once employees submit the goals, they are locked and the status changes to Pending for Approval. Employees can withdraw the goal only after submitting it.
