How can admin notify employees and managers to assign goals?

A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals. The admin can notify the employees and managers to assign goals through email. 


To notify employees and managers to assign goals, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.

  2. Under the Active tab, select the required goal plan card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.

  3. Click View Details. The selected goal plan opens. 

  4. Click the Notify button available on the topmost panel of the page. A pop-up opens.

  5. Click Confirm to notify the employees and managers to assign goals through email.
