Goals act as a roadmap to guide employees' efforts in alignment with the company's objectives.

When the employee creates and submits goals for approval, the request goes to their manager. The manager reviews the goals to ensure they align with departmental and organizational objectives. After reviewing, the manager can approve or reject the goals to ensure they contribute to the overall performance strategy.
