With the PMS Library, admins can create a set of goals once and reuse them whenever needed.
From the greytHR Admin portal, hover on the 9 dots Performance Management > Library > Goals.
Click Create, and in the Create Goal Group box, enter a name and select the employee group.
Select the category and add the Goals and Milestones, and Save.
Click + Add Goal to add more goals.
Note: You can click the Import option to add multiple goals.
