How can admin activate a Goal Plan?

A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.


After creating the goal plan, the admin must activate the goal plan from the Draft tab. 


To activate the goal plan, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.

  2. Select the Draft tab.

  3. Select the created goal plan card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.

  4. Click Activate. The Activate Goal Plan pop-up appears.

  5. Click Confirm to activate the goal plan. The goal plan moves to the Active tab and is published in the ESS portal. The employees and managers can then set and assign goals.


Note

If the cycle is in the Draft stage, you can edit or delete the cycle by clicking the Settings and Delete icons available on the cycle card. Once the cycle gets activated, you cannot make changes.
