How can admin manage employee goals within a goal plan after it is created?

A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.

To manage employee goals within a goal plan, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.

2. Under the Active tab, select the required goal plan card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.

3. Click View Details.

4. Scroll down to the Employee Goals section to manage the employees’ goals.

 From here, you can: 

1. Search for a required employee using the search box.

2. Auto resize columns: Hover over the columns and use ↔ to auto-resize the columns as per your requirements.

3. Group columns: You can group the required columns by performing the following actions:

   1. Click the Columns option on the right side of the table. A list of all the columns appears. 

   2. Select the required checkboxes to add/remove the columns from the table.

   3. Click the Bento (⁝⁝⁝) icon available next to each column name to drag and drop the selected columns. The selected columns are grouped accordingly in the grid.

4. Pivot mode: Click the Columns option on the right side of the table and enable the Pivot Mode to view the grouped columns in the pivot mode.

5. Add filters: You can add numeric filters by clicking the Hamburger (≡) icon available on each column.

6. The Assigned column displays the total goals assigned to a specific employee.

7. The Not Started, In Progress, and Completed columns display the status of the individual status of the assigned goals.
