How can admin add targets to milestones of the goals?

Milestones are small, achievable tasks associated with each goal. They help in tracking the progress of the goal by breaking it down into manageable steps.


To add targets to milestones of goals, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.

  2. Under the Active tab, select the required goal plan card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.

  3. Click View Details. The selected goal plan opens. 

  4. Under the Employee Goals section, select the employee to whom you want to enter target, and click the ↗ icon. The goal plan form opens.

  5. From the Milestone row, double click the Progress bar. A pop-up appears. 

  6. Under the Target textbox, you can add the target for the selected employee.

  7. Click Save to save the target entered.

           Note: The employees and manager can also add targets in this manner from the ESS portal.
