How can admin assign goals from the PMS Library to employees?

With the Goals Library, admins can now directly assign existing goal groups to employees instead of creating them from scratch every time.

From the greytHR Admin portal, hover on the 9 dots and go to Performance Management Library Goals.

  1. Select a goal plan and choose the employees.

  2. Click Add Goal and use + Add to select a goal group.

Note: If needed, you can expand the group and choose only the milestone you want.
