EPFO launched Electronic Challan Cum Return (ECR) 2.0 where the employers register their establishments and create their user ID and password on the EPFO site.
The admin must update the company’s PF number accurately on the Advanced Options page for the company PF number to reflect in the PF ECR file.
To add the company PF number, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
2. In the Search search box, enter Company PF No. The table displays the option.
3. Under the Value column, double-click the cell to enter the company’s PF number.
4. Click Save to update the changes.
Note: You can refer to the information given at the bottom of the page on the correct format for adding the PF number.
