Employee Family Details report provides information about the family members of employees. This report allows you to have a comprehensive overview of the family details of your employees. The report can be generated by querying the database for each employee and retrieving the relevant family member information
To generate Employee Family Details report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Employee Family Details. The Employee Family Details form opens.
- Select All Employees or Selected Employees as per your requirement.
- Enable the check box Show Employee with Family, if applicable
- Click Options, to customize the report.
- From the Category drop down list, enable the required category.
- From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
- Click Save to save the customization
- Click Generate to generate the Employee Family Details Report.
Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
