Can admin generate YTD Statement for all employees?

Yes, the admin can generate YTD Statement for all employees.


A Year-to-Date Statement (YTD) refers to a document or statement that provides a summary of financial information for an individual or entity from the beginning of the current year up to a specified date.


To generate YTD Statement for all employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter YTD Statement. The YTD Statement form opens.
  3. From the From Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant month.
  4. From the To Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant month.
  5. Click Mark Income to select all the income components.
  6. Click Mark Deductions to select all the deduction components.
    Note: You can also select the required components individually.
  7. Select All Employees option.
  8. Click Options to customize the report.
  9. Click Generate to generate the YTD Statement.
