Yes, the admin can generate YTD Statement for all employees.
A Year-to-Date Statement (YTD) refers to a document or statement that provides a summary of financial information for an individual or entity from the beginning of the current year up to a specified date.
To generate YTD Statement for all employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter YTD Statement. The YTD Statement form opens.
- From the From Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant month.
- From the To Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant month.
- Click Mark Income to select all the income components.
- Click Mark Deductions to select all the deduction components.
Note: You can also select the required components individually. - Select All Employees option.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Generate to generate the YTD Statement.
