How can admin generate CTC Breakup report of all/selected employees?

Cost to Company (CTC) represents the total cost incurred by the company in employing an individual.


The CTC breakup report includes the employee's salary and various other benefits and expenses associated with the employment. 


To generate CTC Breakup report of all/selected employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter CTC Breakup report. The form appears.
  3. From the Revision range, select From/Latest/All/All Employees/Selected Employees the applicable options.
  4. Click Options, to customize the report.
  5. Click Generate, to generate the CTC Break up report
