How can admin reset/regenerate ESS password for an employee?

An ESS Portal is a web-based platform or software that enables employees to access and manage their personal information and perform various HR-related tasks without requiring direct involvement from HR personnel. 

To regenerate an employee's ESS portal password, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, in the Search Actions search box, search Regenerate Employee Password. The Generate Employee Password page opens.
2. From the select an employee search box, select the employee whose password you want to reset.
3. Click Generate & View to generate and view the new password for the employee. You can then share this password with the employee. The employee can use the newly generated password for resetting his/her own password.
4. You can also click Generate & Mail to generate and email the new password to the employee.
