How can I reset the password of my greytHR ESS account?

A password is a confidential combination of characters (such as letters, numbers, and symbols) used to authenticate or verify the identity of a user before granting them access to a system, device, or online account. 

To reset the password of your greytHR account, perform the following actions:

1. On the greytHR Login page, click Forgot Password? Forget Password page opens. 
2. In the Employee Number text box, enter your employee number or email address.
3. Click Ok, got it! A link to reset the password is sent to your registered e-mail id.
4. Click the link provided in the e-mail you just received in your Inbox. You are redirected to the Reset your password page.
5. On the Reset your password page, in the New Password text box, enter a new password.
6. In the Confirm Password text box, enter the same password as you entered in the New Password text box.
7. Click Reset my password to set a new password for your greytHR account.
