How can admin generate password of ESS portal for a new employee?

greytHR is a popular HR and payroll management software solution that offers an Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal. The greytHR ESS portal provides employees with a secure online platform to access and manage their personal information, HR-related documents, and perform various self-service tasks. 

generate the password of the ESS portal for a new employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, in the Search Actions search box, search for Invite Employees (Email Employee Password). The Send Passwords To New Joiners page opens.
2. From the Status dropdown list, select the status as Not Yet Sent. 
3. Select the employees using the checkbox available next to Employee No.
4. If you want to send the password link through the email, click Email Password.
5. Below mail will be sent to employees pop-up appears.
6. Click Ok. The Send Email Password for New Joinees pop-up appears.
7. Click Confirm to send the password link through the email.
8. Click SMS Password if you want to send the password link through SMS.
9. Send SMS Password pop-up appears.
10. Click Confirm to send the password link through SMS.
