A helpdesk ticket is a formal record or request raised by a user or customer or employee to report an issue, seek assistance, or request support from a helpdesk or customer support team.
To download the attachments from a Helpdesk ticket, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to My Account > My Account > Tickets.
- Select the ticket for which you want to download the attachment. The selected ticket page opens.
- Click Show All Event. The greytHR Help Desk page opens.
- Click the Paper clip icon to download the attachment.
