How can admin download attachments from a Helpdesk ticket?

A helpdesk ticket is a formal record or request raised by a user or customer or employee to report an issue, seek assistance, or request support from a helpdesk or customer support team. 


To download the attachments from a Helpdesk ticket, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to My Account > My Account > Tickets.
  2. Select the ticket for which you want to download the attachment. The selected ticket page opens.
  3. Click Show All Event. The greytHR Help Desk page opens. 
  4. Click the Paper clip icon to download the attachment.
