Helpdesk is a greytHR internal ticketing system that helps an employee to raise a ticket to solve the queries.
To communicate with the reviewer, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Helpdesk. The Helpdesk screen appears.
- Tap the Pending tab. A list of requests appears.
- Select the required request and tap the View More option available in each request. The Helpdesk - View Details screen appears.
- Tap View Timeline. The Application Timeline screen appears.
- In the Pending with text box, enter your comment and tap Post.
Note: You can also upload any attachments by tapping the Upload button.
