How can employee communicate with reviewer about his/her helpdesk request?

Helpdesk is a greytHR internal ticketing system that helps an employee to raise a ticket to solve the queries. 


To communicate with the reviewer, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to ExploreHelpdesk. The Helpdesk screen appears.
  2. Tap the Pending tab. A list of requests appears.
  3. Select the required request and tap the View More option available in each request. The Helpdesk View Details screen appears.
  4. Tap View Timeline. The Application Timeline screen appears.
  5. In the Pending with text box, enter your comment and tap Post.
    Note: You can also upload any attachments by tapping the Upload button.
