How can admin view helpdesk ticket?

A help desk system helps in monitoring and managing the workflow of help desk applications submitted by employees. It provides an overview of all the interactions and activities related to the organization's help desk or support services.


To view a helpdesk ticket, the admin must perform the following actions:

  • From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Monitor> Help Desk. The Help Desk page opens and displays all the tickets.
