Excel import refers to the ability to import data from an excel sheet into payroll software. The feature allows employers to transfer large amounts of data, such as employee information or payroll data, quickly and easily, without having to manually enter the data into the software.

Following are the common errors that you must avoid to upload bulk importer Excel in the application:

  1. Employee number must be in text format.
  2. The Effective Date in the importer Excel must be in the correct format. The correct format is DD-MMM-YYYY.
  3. Employee numbers should not be repeated.
  4. Mandatory columns marked in red must not be deleted from the importer Excel.
