Can admin change the reimbursement lock date every month?

Yes, the admin can change the reimbursement lock date for employees every month. 


Reimbursement allows employees to be reimbursed for work-related expenses, such as travel, training, and equipment purchases.


To change the reimbursement lock date, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > Payroll Preferences. The Payroll Preferences page opens.
  2. Under the Reimbursement section, from the Lock date for Reimbursement claims submission dropdown list, select the date for locking the reimbursement claim.
    Note: Ensure Automatically lock Reimbursement claims submission from a set date option is enabled.
  3. Click Save to change the reimbursement lock date for employees every month.
