Yes, the admin can change the reimbursement lock date for employees every month.
Reimbursement allows employees to be reimbursed for work-related expenses, such as travel, training, and equipment purchases.
To change the reimbursement lock date, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > Payroll Preferences. The Payroll Preferences page opens.
- Under the Reimbursement section, from the Lock date for Reimbursement claims submission dropdown list, select the date for locking the reimbursement claim.
Note: Ensure Automatically lock Reimbursement claims submission from a set date option is enabled. - Click Save to change the reimbursement lock date for employees every month.
