How can admin configure lock date for reimbursement claims from Overview page?

Setting a lock date for reimbursement claims helps the admin to maintain accuracy, minimize errors, and ensure the correct processing of reimbursement claims.


To configure the date for reimbursement claims from the Overview page, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
  2. Click Lock available next to Payroll Inputs. The On locking payroll below activities will be done pop-up appears.
  3. Select the Automatically lock Reimbursement claims submission from a set date option using the checkbox.
  4. From the Lock date for claim submission dropdown list, select the date for locking the reimbursement claim.
  5. Click Confirm to configure the date for reimbursement claims from the Overview page.
