How can admin configure lock date for reimbursement claims from the Payroll Preference page?

Configuring lock date for reimbursement claims helps to maintain a high level of accuracy, prevent unauthorized changes, reduce the risk of errors, and ensure that reimbursement claims are processed correctly.


To configure the lock date for reimbursement claims from the Payroll Preferences page, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > Payroll Preferences. The Payroll Preferences page opens.
  2. Under the Reimbursement section, select the Automatically lock Reimbursement claims submission from a set date option using the checkbox.
  3. From the Lock date for Reimbursement claims submission dropdown list, select the date to lock the reimbursement claims.
  4. Click Save to configure the reimbursement claims lock date from the Payroll Preferences page.
