Is it mandatory for every letter to be approved by the authorised signatory?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Thu, 8 Jan at 1:57 PM by Product Content Team

Yes. Approval from the authorised signatory is mandatory before any letter is released to employees.

This ensures the letter is valid, compliant, and officially approved.

If the designated authorised signatory is unavailable, admins can link another employee as the authorised signatory by editing the name, designation, and signature details of the alternate employee, who will act as the authorised signatory while updating the signatory details in the system.
