Whenever an official letter gets published in the ESS portal, employees receive a visually prominent notification on their homepage.
The notification is represented by a bell icon, positioned at the top right of the homepage and highlighted in red. It displays the count of new letters, ensuring employees remain aware of any updates or correspondence within the portal.
