How can admin upload company letterhead template?

To upload the company letterhead template in the system, you must include the company details in the header and footer of the document by default. After that, the system captures the available data in the uploaded document and generates the letterhead.


To upload a customized template, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Custom Template. A list of customized templates appears. 
  2. Click the Upload button on the required template row. 
  3. Select the required file you want to upload. The file uploads successfully.
