Who can update progress of goals and milestones?

Employees, managers, and the manager's manager can provide progress updates on goals and milestones, depending on the configuration settings.

By default, employees have permission to update their progress, and this permission cannot be disabled. However, for managers and the manager's manager, the ability to update progress is controlled by configuration and can be enabled or disabled as required.
