How can managers assign goals to their team members using the Goals Library in greytHR?

Assigning goals one by one can be time-consuming. With the Goals Library, managers can assign pre-defined goal groups to their team members quickly and efficiently.

From the greytHR ESS portal, go to Performance > Goal Plan.

  1. Under Team Plans, search for the employee to whom you want to assign.

  2. Select the relevant goal plan and click Get Started.

  3. Click Add Goal, select a goal group, and click + Add option.
