How are employees notified throughout the various stages of the review cycles?

PMS Reviews involve formal assessments that assess and document an employee's work performance.

Employees receive timely notifications and reminders at each stage of the review cycle, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the assessment process.

  • Notifications are sent when the admin activates, resumes, pauses, or cancels a review cycle.

  • Reminder emails are triggered by the admin through the control panel.

  • Automated reminders are sent as the assessment submission deadline approaches or when the assessment window opens.

  • Employees are notified when assessments are re-opened for assessors.

  • Notifications are sent when the final assessor publishes the performance document.
