How can admin configure access rights for the PMS-Reviews feature within greytHR?

greytHRPMS-Reviews are structured evaluations designed to assess and record the performance of employees, providing valuable feedback on their work contributions. 


To configure access rights for the PMS-Reviews feature within greytHR the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.

  2. Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

  3. From the Category dropdown list, select Performance Review.

  4. In the Search search box, enter Review. The table displays all the related features.

  5. Select the features Review Configuration and Review Statistics and enable Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.

  6. Click Save to update the changes. A success message appears.
