How can an admin notify individual employees about their review cycles?

 A review cycle is a specific evaluation period during which an organization assesses employee performance.

To notify individual employees about their review cycles, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews

  2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab.

  3. Under the Assessment Status section, select the required employees’ checkboxes whose review cycle you want to notify.

  4. Scroll down and click the Notify button available at the bottom of the page. A pop-up appears.

  5. Click Confirm to notify individual employees.
