How can admin notify employees, assessors, or admins to perform assessments of review cycles?

A review cycle is an organization's evaluation period set up for employees. 

The admins can notify the employees, assessors, or admins whose assessment windows are open to perform assessments through email. 


To send a notification, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews

  2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab. 

  3. Select the required review cycle card and click . The card expands.

  4. Click View Details. The selected review cycle opens. 

  5. Under Control Panel, in the Not Started card, click Notify. A pop-up opens.

  6. Click Confirm to notify the employees/assessors/admins through email.
