How can admin create a performance review cycle management?

Skills2Talent™ is a suitable player since 2013 in the people performance management domain and offers different PMS (Performance Management System) products. This uniquely differentiated products portfolio includes SMB PMS, enterprise PMS and OKR PMS (OKR Stars™).


To create a performance review cycle management, perform the following actions:

  1. In the skills2talent portal, on Admin Dashboard, under TALENT MANAGEMENT, click Performance Review Cycle Management. The Performance Review Cycle page opens.
  2. Click Add Performance Review Cycle. Add New Performance Review Cycle pop-up appears.
  3. From the Goal Plan dropdown list, select the relevant option.
  4. From the Assign Performance Review Cycle Rating Scale dropdown list, select the relevant scale option.
  5. From the Review Date Range and Review Due Date Range dropdown calendar, select the relevant dates.
  6. Click Add Review Cycle. A new cycle displays on the Performance Review Cycle page.
