The greytHR PMS module includes Reviews which is a systematic evaluation process that assesses an employee's job performance and productivity. This allows admins to define the review process by assigning assessors, setting timelines, and customizing the review template, ensuring timely and relevant reviews.
Organizations can conduct reviews annually, half-yearly, quarterly, or within any custom time frame. These reviews measure the employee's achievements and behaviors against goals and performance categories or standards set at the beginning of the performance period.
