A review cycle is a specific evaluation period during which an organization assesses employee performance.
Once the assessment document is published by the admin, both employees and managers receive email notifications. They can track their performance assessments using the widgets available on the Home page of the ESS portal. This functionality is available to both employees and managers.
For Employees:
Employees will have a quick link to start or continue their assessment or to view the summary of their performance review. If there are multiple assessments, the employee will see only one record based on the following priority:
The assessment that the employee has started but still needs to submit - Continue Assessment.
The assessment that the employee still needs to start - Start Assessment.
The assessment that the employee has already submitted - View Summary.
For Managers:
In addition to what the employee sees, the manager can view all the pending assessments of their team. The system orders the list by submission date in ascending order.
