How can admin reopen employees’ review cycles?

A review cycle is a cycle established by an organization for evaluating an employee's performance.

If an employee, assessor, or admin fails to complete an assessment by the due date, they can request the admin to reopen it.


To reopen the assessment, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews

  2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab.

  3. Under the Assessment Status section, select the required employees’ checkboxes.

  4. Scroll down and click the Reopen button available at the bottom of the table. A pop-up opens.

  5. From Due On dropdown calendar, reset the due date.

  6. In the Remarks text box, enter the reason.

  7. Click Confirm to reopen the review cycles. A success message appears.
