How can admin publish the review cycle of single/multiple employees?

A review cycle is a specific evaluation period during which an organization assesses employee performance.

To publish the review cycle of single/multiple employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews.

2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab.

3. Click the Control Panel tab of the specific review cycle.

4. Scroll down and under the Assessment Status section, in the Search by employee name/ID search box, search for the employee whose assessment you want to publish. The page displays the selected employee’s assessment record.

Note: You can also publish the review cycle for multiple employees by selecting the checkbox of all the employees

5. Click the Publish button available at the bottom of the page. The Publish Document pop-up appears.
   Note: You can also select all the employees using the checkboxes to publish the assessment. The system publishes the assessment of only the employees whose assessment is reviewed.

6. Click Confirm. A success message appears.
   Note: 

   1. The Remarks column displays any remarks added and also the published date of the assessment record.

   2. The employee can view the published assessment record on their ESS portal.
