A review cycle is a specific evaluation period during which an organization assesses employee performance.

As an admin, you complete the final assessment when the assessment window opens.

To review the assessment, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1.  From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews.

  2. From the Review Cycles page, under the Active tab, select the required review cycle card and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.

  3. Click View Details. The selected review cycle opens.

  4. Under the My Tasks tab, under the Pending tab, in the Search By Employee search box, search for the employee whose assessment you want to review.
Note: Alternatively, you can also navigate to the Active tab, scroll down to the My Tasks section, and under the Pending tab, select the employee whose assessment you want to review.

  5. Click Review. The assessment form opens displaying all the ratings and comments given by the employee and assessors for each category.

  6. Review the ratings and comments of employees and assessors and click Next. The summary of the Final Ratings displays which is calculated based on the weightage and the ratings given by the assessors.

  7.  Click Approve. The Submit Assessment pop-up appears.

  8. Click Confirm. A success message appears and you will be redirected to the specific review cycle page.
