How can admin clone a review cycle?

A review cycle is an evaluation period set up by an organization to assess employees’ performance. 

Cloning a review cycle can be a time-saving option for admins. By cloning an existing review cycle, admins can create an exact replica, allowing for the efficient duplication of configurations and systems.

To clone the review cycle, the admin must perform the following actions: 

1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews

2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab.

3. Select the review cycle card that you want to clone and click ⋁. The card expands.

4. Click Clone. The Clone Review Cycle pop-up appears.

Note: 

• You must perform similar actions as creating a review cycle to clone the review cycle.

• The Performance Period is not cloned. You must define it.

• You can also clone a review cycle by clicking the Clone an existing cycle option available under the Create cycle option.

• Review cycles that are in the Draft and Past tabs can be cloned.
