Can admin pause the review cycle for individual employees?

Yes. The admin can pause the review cycle of individual employees. 

A review cycle is an evaluation period set up by an organization to assess employee performance. 

The admin can pause only the active review cycles.

To pause the review cycle for individual employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews

2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab.

3. Under the Assessment Status section, select the checkbox of the employee whose review cycle you want to pause.

4. Scroll down and click the Pause button available at the bottom of the page. A pop-up opens.

5. In the Remarks text box, enter the reason.

6. Click Confirm to notify/pause the review cycles.
